Se trata de una línea completa de calibradores y controles para Proteinología con las siguientes características generales y aplicaciones:

sueros de referencia a tres niveles
 
Se trata de tres sueros (humanos) en los que estan valoradas 19 proteínas a tres concentraciones: normal, 2 x normal y 3 x normal.

La concentración de 13 proteínas ha sido obtenida usando el suero de referencia “RPPHS” (Reference Preparation for Protein in Human Serum), material de referencia certificado desarrollado conjuntamente por el CAP (College of American Pathologist), el BCR (Bureau Communitaire de Reference) y la IFCC (International Federation of Clinical Chemists).

La concentración de las seis proteínas restantes ha sido obtenida empleando estandares internos.
