Sono tre sieri (umani) in cui 19 proteine sono presenti a tre concentrazioni: normale, 2 x normale, 3 x normale.

La concentrazione di 13 proteine è ottenuta utilizzando come standard il siero di riferimento “RPPHS” (Reference Preparation for Protein in Human Serum), materiale di riferimento certificato sviluppato dal College of American Pathologist (CAP), Il Bureau Communitaire de Reference (BCR) e L'International Federation of Clinical Chemists (IFCC).
